The results of the contest "Slava.100. A look into the future" have been summed up

A total of 100 works were submitted to the design competition dedicated to the centenary of the Slava brand, of which 15 were selected for the final. The jury, headed by the USSR pilot-cosmonaut, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, member of the Union of Artists of Russia and watch designer Vladimir Dzhanibekov, determined the winner and prize-winners..

The main prize — 150 thousand rubles — will be awarded to artist Timur Zinatullin. He proposed creating a futuristic watch called "Slava T-1000", where "the future and technology merge together." The design is inspired by the image of the robot terminator from the film of the same name.

The winner of the popular vote and the winner of the 75 thousand ruble prize from the AllTime company was designer Elizaveta Zayets. Her watch "Ecliptic", which has a special hand for astronomical time, is designed to reflect "man's connection not only with time, but also with space." According to the author, the watch will show sidereal time, sunrise and sunset times, as well as lunar phases. The Prague Astronomical Clock became Elizaveta's source of inspiration.

The winner in the NIKA nomination — “NIKA Watches in 100 Years!” and the owner of 30 thousand rubles was Kirill Sigorenko. He proposed a model of watches made of silver with yellow inlay on the dial and case made of the mineral citrine. According to the author of the design, “these stones refer us to the image of Dazhdbog — one of the most important gods in the Slavic pantheon, associated with the sun, fertility and prosperity.” “These watches will become an exquisite accessory for those who value their culture and history,” says Kirill Sigorenko.
